Day - 1 » Madurai
- This Kodaikanal tour Package starts from the holy city of Madurai.
Arrive at Madurai where you will meet our official. Transfer to hotel for
some much needed rest. In the second half of the day, we step out for
Madurai Sightseeing. Visit the world famous Meenakshi Sundareshwara Temple
which is famous for its magnificent art sculptures and Thousand Pillared
Hall. After watching the daily aarti in the evening, we make a quick visit
to Thirumalai Naikan Palace. If time allows, you could also visit the
local markets and shop for handicrafts and famous handloom products of

Day - 2 » Madurai to
Kodaikanal - We leave
early in the morning before sun comes out in full might, to cover the 82
km drive from Madurai to Kodaikanal. It will only take around 2 to 3 hrs
to cover this distance. The change in the landscape will tell you that we
have reached Kodaikanal, 'The Princess of Hill Stations'. The rest of the
day is free. Don't waste it inside the hotel room. Kodaikanal is a
beautiful destination with a lot to see and a lot to shop. Overnight stay
at the hotel.
Day - 3 » Kodaikanal
Sightseeing - The whole
day we spend exploring the natural beauty of the hill station like Bryant
Park, Green Valley view, Pillar Rocks Fairy falls, Kodaikanal Lake and
Coaker's Walk. Enjoy a pleasant boat ride in the Kodaikanal Lake which is
a star shaped lake and take a horse ride on the sides of the lake.

Day - 4 » Kodaikanal To
Munnar - Day 4 is all set
for a journey through the beautiful countryside of two of the most
beautiful states in India. From Tamil Nadu, we enter the realms of Kerala,
God's Own Country. The distance between Kodaikanal and Munnar is nearly
185 kms and it will take 7 hrs to cover the distance. To lessen the
tiredness, we leave early in the morning. Transfer to a resort on arrival.
In the evening, visit the nearby lush green tea gardens and take in the
breathtaking view of the slopes with the setting sun. Truly a sight to
remember a lifetime. Overnight stay in the resort.
Day - 5 » Munnar
Sightseeing - Wake up to
the aroma of fresh tea from the gardens of Munnar. Kick start your day by
sipping the Munnar tea, made form freshly plucked leaves which probably
will be the highlight of this Kodaikanal Travel Package. Later, we go for
sightseeing in Munnar, one of the best hill station in South India. We
will visit the Raja Malai peak, the highest peak of Munnar famous for Neel
Thar sighting and Muttupetty Dam. Enjoy boating in the lake (optional).

Day - 6 » Munnar To Cochin
- Another magnificent morning in the Hill station of Munnar. After a
typical Kerala breakfast including dosa and idli, we leave Munnar for the
important destination of Kerala, Cochin. The distance of 145 Km will be
covered in nearly 5 hours. In the second half of the day, we take a tour
to famous tourist destinations of Cochin like Chinese fishing nets, Jewish
Synagogue and Mattancherry Palace. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day - 7 » Departure
- This is the end of your Kodaikanal Travel Package. After breakfast,
transfer to Airport or Railway Station for your onward Journey.
